Grand Cru on its way
As a product line I am developing the manufacture of “end-grain” rather than the “side-grain” laminated boards shown in the existing product line. This type of board emphasises the different grains as well as providing a harder cutting surface. It is more labour intensive but the visual effect is outstanding. The ”Grand Cru” series will be available once testing is complete and will be priced at a premium.”
